Strategic Business Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Business Finance Manager to collaborate with our Finance Manager in driving day-to-day operations and developing a comprehensive strategy for multiple business lines and services.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional adept at navigating diverse industries, including consulting, real estate, cement distribution, and car dealership, all while leveraging our online consultancy platform.

  • Deliver expert guidance to clients on various business matters.
  • Interpret management accounts and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and prepare budgeting, forecasting documents, business plans, industry analysis, and economic forecasts.
  • Implement financial controls to optimize cash flows and profitability.
  • Provide support on client queries and generate ad hoc reports.
  • Assist in securing business finance and foster collaboration with the marketing team to promote our services.
  • Support the Finance Manager in establishing and executing the business strategy of our organization.
Key Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the finance function.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on approach and self-motivation.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with software such as Power BI, Fathom, and Float is an added advantage.
