As a Sales and Marketing Expert, you will play a crucial role in securing projects and clients through compelling bids and proposals on Upwork. Your primary objective is to showcase the agency's expertise and capabilities in digital marketing to prospective clients while ensuring smooth transition and execution of projects.

About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools. The ideal candidate will have proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with bidding on Upwork or similar platforms is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling bids and proposals on Upwork to attract potential clients and secure projects for the agency
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Showcase the agency's expertise and capabilities in digital marketing to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth transition and execution of projects
- Maintain a professional and proactive approach in all interactions with clients and prospects

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the business
