Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth accounting operations. Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
  • Assist in tax filing (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.
  • Support payroll calculations and disbursement.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
  • Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for financial data management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
