Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Other: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Preferred
- Experience in managing large retail or wholesale accounts in the FMCG industry.
