Appointment Setter and Business Developer

In this part-time role, you will play a critical part in generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to engage with prospects, initiate conversations, and set up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, industry events, and referrals. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Establish connections with prospects through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Tailor your approach to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect, highlighting the value of our services/products.
  • Appointment Coordination: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and our sales team, confirming appointments and providing necessary details to both parties.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with prospects who have shown interest or require further development. Track progress and outcomes of all interactions and appointments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales, or appointment setting (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
