Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Associate IT Engineer. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to colleagues on site and remotely, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-to-third-level support for all IT systems and services, including customer call centers.
  • Log and track incidents via IT service management tools (Jira) and follow incident management processes.
  • Work on escalated incidents from the IT service desk and ensure timely resolution within set service level agreements.
  • Support remote users by working on IT service requests and incidents.
  • Communicate priority 1/critical issues to IT leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Perform daily checks on IT infrastructure and systems to ensure uptime for network performance, WiFi, Zoom rooms, business applications, and data centers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of IT systems and protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
