
Franchise Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Development Manager to lead our franchise growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new franchisees, while providing exceptional support to existing ones.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, with a strong understanding of business operations, sales, marketing, and customer service. They will be able to effectively communicate with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute franchise growth strategies to meet or exceed business objectives
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees, including training, coaching, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing ones
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in franchise development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving franchise growth and expansion
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
