We are seeking a seasoned Workplace Operations Expert to join our team. This critical role involves spearheading the development and implementation of strategies that foster a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment across our global offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uplifting our internal community through various initiatives and structured interventions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee satisfaction and manage facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage different office locations within Pakistan to ensure best employee experience.
  • Oversee overseas offices, partnering with international teams, to guarantee all employees experience the same quality services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve the best value for money.
  • Lead the workplace team to maximize operational efficiency and oversee workplace amenities and facilities to create a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Serve as liaison between employees and senior management when developing and promoting policies ensuring positive interaction between administrative staff and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth and adequate information flow within the company to support other business operations.
  • Develop and enforce Workplace policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage department budget, order equipment and supplies, and monitor inventory, requesting capital expenditures as needed.
  • Coordinate events by arranging logistics, procurement, surveys, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with organizational changes and business developments.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures in all facilities.
  • Develop and implement Health Safety and Environment processes in line with global best practices.
  • Direct, supervise, and evaluate department staff, providing training to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise preventative maintenance and renovation programs for buildings, grounds, mechanical, electrical, utility, and safety systems.
  • Create specifications for new office projects, estimate costs, and prepare bid specifications for contracted services.
  • Manage end-to-end fleet management, including buying, selling, registration, maintenance, security, and insurance.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating and projecting future facility needs and proposing options to achieve them."]]

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in managing office environments, facilities, or workplace programs, including setting up new workspaces.
  • Proven expertise in employee engagement, organizational culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Experience in technology industry highly desirable.
