
Operational Workplace Dispute Resolutions Specialist

About The Job- Serve as the primary point of contact and investigator for workplace issues.
- Conduct investigations of varying complexity and sensitivity, recommending appropriate resolutions.
- Proactively manage cases, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining detailed records.
- Address employee concerns related to human rights, workplace conduct, safety, and attendance.
- Facilitate the open-door process and investigate complaints or legal charges.
- Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to develop and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to strengthen organizational capacity.
- Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in HR with at least 3 years in labor relations.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills.
