Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident accountant to join our team serving UK clients.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to utilize their skills in bookkeeping, VAT returns, financial accounts, and Xero management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping Management: Address client queries with clear communication and provide accurate financial information.
  • VAT Compliance: Prepare and finalize VAT returns in accordance with UK regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Compile draft year-end financial accounts and ensure accurate general ledger balances.
  • Xero Expertise: Utilize Xero for Management Accounts, including reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors.
  • Adjusting Journals: Post adjusting journals for accurate general ledger balances.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in the UK market.
  • Qualifications: ACCA Part-Qualification or higher.
  • Skills: Strong time management, punctuality, and adherence to policies; Excellent English language skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Accounting Fundamentals: Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Certification: Xero certification is essential; QuickBooks familiarity is a plus.
