Business Development Role Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead our international expansion on Upwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customized proposals and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored proposals daily on Upwork to secure new projects.
  • Engage in professional communication with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Arrange meetings/calls with clients, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain regular reporting of proposals, responses, and deals closed.
  • Demonstrate a track record of closing projects in Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience bidding on Upwork.
  • Strong English communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Ability to write professional, client-focused proposals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable.
