As a Rider Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will be multifaceted:

  • Manage the full rider lifecycle, from acquisition to reactivation.
  • Develop strategies, create activation campaigns, conduct deep analysis, craft compelling content, and design innovative bonuses.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding processes, maximize applicant conversion, and build strong partnerships that support rider well-being and enhance the overall rider experience.
  • Oversee the lifecycle strategy, set up and execute campaigns that improve the rider lifecycle (e.g., improving performance, minimizing churn, reactivating lapsed riders).
  • Drive high-leverage projects forward to completion using a collaborative approach.
  • Conduct engagement surveys and align with operations to improve Riders' experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work independently and reliably.
  • Proactive and able to lead independent projects.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven.
  • Well-versed with G-Suite.
