Job Opportunity: Rider Engagement ManagerJob Overview:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our rider engagement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of our riders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve rider satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and use this information to inform future decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversion rates across onboarding funnels and maximize applicant conversion.
  • BUILD strong relationships with riders and stakeholders to enhance the overall rider experience.
  • Project Management - take ownership of high-leverage projects and drive them forward to completion using team members to help in execution.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with riders and stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
