Job Title: Logistics Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring delivery personnel—specifically cyclists, motorcycle riders, and car drivers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for high-volume hiring of delivery drivers (cycle, bike, and car).
  • Post vacancies across job portals, social media, and local networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on license type, delivery experience, and location.
  • Coordinate road tests, orientation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Ensure all documents (licenses, visas, IDs) are valid and comply with local legal requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate database categorized by vehicle type and location.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs and delivery coverage areas.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously optimize the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for delivery driver positions.
  • Candidate Management: Screen, shortlist, and coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
  • Document Verification: Ensure all necessary documents are valid and compliant with local regulations.
  • Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, categorized by vehicle type and location.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to understand staffing needs and optimize the hiring process.

Requirements:
