Business Strategy & Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to operate and maintain our systems, ensuring seamless performance reviews, forecast planning, and strategic visibility across our business segments.

This role involves managing live infrastructure, enforcing process quality, and delivering consistent operational output. As we evolve, you will play a key part in building a scalable operations structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Reporting Infrastructure: Ensure current scorecards, trackers, and Business Review templates are up-to-date across segments.
  • Support Operational Cadences: Coordinate and enforce timelines for WBRs, forecast input collection, and segment retrospectives.
  • Ensure Data Hygiene: Perform regular QA on SFDC records, flag misalignments or outliers.
  • Coordinate Inputs Across Teams: Collaborate with Analysts, Sales Managers, Enablement, and GTM Ops to streamline input delivery.
  • Document & Systematize: Update SOPs, reporting documentation, and internal wikis.
Requirements:
  • Professional Background: 0–2 years in business operations, sales support, or data-heavy roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; familiarity with CRMs.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail, process ownership, and clear communication, thriving in fast-paced, remote environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Operations, Economics, or related fields. Certifications in SFDC, SQL, or Tableau are a plus.
