Our organization is looking for a seasoned service delivery manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of services across teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the seamless delivery of services, monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional services.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service-related issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations effectively, providing timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to meet project deadlines and service objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in IT or technical operations.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to address operational and service delivery challenges.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities to handle client and vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and driving service improvements.
  • Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant service management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
