1. Monitor and control the BMS and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

2. Identify and troubleshoot issues with the systems, and perform corrective actions as needed.

3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking system parameters, cleaning filters, and inspecting equipment.

4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the systems are meeting their needs and requirements.

5. Respond to alarms and notifications, and take corrective action to prevent system downtime.

6. Analyze system performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.

7. Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.

8. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems, including programming languages and software.

2. Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
