As an Admin Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate daily reports for various departments. These include accounts, transport, administration, production, general ledgers, costing, A/R, and A/P.

The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge of accounting systems and be able to handle administrative tasks with ease. They must also possess the ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Report Generation: Generate daily reports for various departments, including accounts, transport, administration, production, general ledgers, costing, A/R, and A/P.
  2. Accounting System Knowledge: Possess a sound knowledge of accounting systems and be able to use them effectively.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to, maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating events.

Requirements:

  • Computer Knowledge: Have a good understanding of computer systems and software applications.
  • Quick Book/Peach Tree: Be familiar with Quick Book and Peach Tree accounting systems.
  • Accounting System Expertise: Possess expertise in accounting systems, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
