As Project Delivery Lead, you will oversee the implementation of HR Tech SAAS solutions, ensuring efficient delivery, meeting client expectations, and delivering tangible value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for end-to-end project delivery, acting as primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing delivery team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to assess resource requirements for project delivery, allocating resources effectively to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and expectations, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet high standards, conducting regular reviews and audits to assess project quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges during project delivery and develop mitigation strategies, proactively communicating risks to stakeholders and implementing corrective actions as needed.

You have experience as a Project Delivery Manager in HR Tech SAAS or similar technology-driven domains, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
