Senior Accounting Analyst

A forward-thinking professional is required to drive our accounting operations and deliver financial excellence.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will own the preparation of critical financial statements, analyze financial data, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Financial Reporting & Analysis
    Prepare precise and accurate financial statements. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present strategic insights.
  2. Own Month-End & Year-End Closings
    Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closings. Reconcile key accounts and manage audit queries.
  3. Drive Audit & Compliance
    Oversee internal and external audits. Implement audit recommendations to enhance processes and ensure full compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
  4. Manage Taxation & Regulatory Filings
    Ensure timely filing of taxes. Stay ahead of changes in tax laws and optimize tax planning.
  5. Enhance Internal Controls & Processes
    Strengthen internal controls to ensure financial integrity. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  6. Mentor & Lead a High-Performing Team
    Develop junior accountants. Provide guidance, training, and feedback to foster professional growth and high-quality work.
  7. Support Budgeting & Forecasting
    Collaborate on budget preparation. Analyze variances and provide clear, actionable insights.
  8. Drive Strategic Financial Decisions
    Provide financial insights to inform key business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  2. CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred.
  3. 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
  4. Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proven ability to manage audits and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

Occasional travel may be required for audits or stakeholder meetings. Extended hours may be necessary during financial closings or audits.
