Lead Generation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, extract, and deliver high-quality leads for our sales team.

You will utilize multiple online platforms, directories, and communities to source potential clients who are actively seeking or might benefit from professional design services.

  • Research and generate high-quality leads aligned with our ideal customer profile (agencies, startups, founders, gamers, entrepreneurs, small and medium businesses, etc.)
  • Conduct targeted data scrapping and prospecting across social media platforms, networking forums, marketplaces, and business directories
  • Identify freelance design project postings and send early proposals or share leads with the sales team
  • Build and maintain lead databases and update lead contacts regularly
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Track lead sources and performance to identify what works best

Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities through daily prospecting efforts.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter, and scraping tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or any CRM tools
  • Strong research, email outreach, and data mining skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

A knowledge or interest in design and creative industries is an added advantage.
