The primary objective of this position is to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies that match customer requirements, promoting products and services, and managing the company's image and brand. The Marketing Executive will work closely with senior management, team leads, suppliers, and staff to create and administer campaigns, coordinate associated work, and monitor performance. Analyzing and interpreting results will also be a key aspect of the role.

Key skills required for this position include excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, a good head for business, numerical skills, strong organizational skills, team-working skills, and the ability to delegate and motivate others. Additionally, the successful candidate will have creative ability, energy, and enthusiasm to deal with campaigns, as well as the ability to work to deadlines and cope with pressure.

The ideal candidate will possess specialist postgraduate marketing qualifications and relevant experience gained within direct marketing or commercial areas such as retailing, sales, and marketing. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role in a multinational corporation is essential.

A successful Marketing Executive will be able to sell ideas, brief peers and senior management, and the marketing team. They will also be able to use initiative and be proactive to deliver results.
