Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Success Specialist. This key position will be responsible for managing and executing various aspects of customer success, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services to our clients.

  • Develop strategic plans for demand generation and recruitment targeting qualified partner audiences.
  • Coordinate event communications, track engagement, and manage registration lifecycle with timely updates.
  • Facilitate qualification, registration, and approval processes through effective communication and project management.
  • Provide regular updates on registration status to internal stakeholders via weekly reports, v-team meetings, and email correspondence.
Collaboration and Project Management
  • Partner with Product Teams and Solution Architects to develop event content based on product tracks.
  • Manage content schedules and milestones, ensuring alignment with event timelines.
  • Support presenters with templates, logistics, and review processes to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • Coordinate office hours for content support and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
Event Execution and Support
  • Lead project planning, status reporting, and cross-functional stand-ups to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Maintain and execute against detailed project timelines across all event workstreams.
  • Collaborate with the FastTrack Team for pre-event operations, including travel, venue, catering, and logistics.
  • Ensure seamless onsite operations during 3-day bootcamps across regions, handling AV, room setup, catering, and partner communications effectively.
  • Respond promptly to and resolve real-time onsite issues to minimize disruptions.
Post-Event Wrap-Up and Analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and report on post-event survey feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct internal debriefs to extract lessons learned and integrate them into future planning.
  • Deliver comprehensive post-event reports, including participation metrics and recommendations for enhancement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
