We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the central procurement activities of our organization, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review and approve new or improved administrative, purchasing and clerical procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of system;
  • Maintain liaison with purchasing representatives to join in cooperative buying when this will result in savings;
  • Research and evaluate commodity areas and make recommendations for standardization and additions to Qualified Products List;
  • Supervise and participate in the preparation of written financial and administrative reports;
  • Establish priorities, assign workloads and review the more difficult and complex assignments;
  • Interpret contract provisions and review contracts for accuracy and changes prior to renewal;
  • Provide liaison between vendors, contractors and company officials;
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • Command over MS- Office;
  • Reviews purchase requisitions for proper authorization.
  • Identifies potential suppliers and issues requests for quotations.
  • Analyzes and selects suppliers, issues purchase orders; follows up and expedites as necessary.
  • May monitor storeroom stocks and initiate orders within established guidelines.
  • Assists in studies of market trends.
