About the Position

As a professional in CRM Operations, you will play a vital role in optimizing business efficiency and positively impacting commercial operations. You will collaborate with various internal departments to resolve client inquiries and participate in data management projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage pricing for new sales and renewal quotes in Salesforce
  • Create contracts for new sales and renewals through the Create a Contract (CAC) tool within Salesforce
  • Assist internal partners in fixing net renewal rates (NRR) in Salesforce Einstein and provide support
  • Participate in data governance projects and assist with clean-up activities within Salesforce
  • Resolve general inquiries related to new sales and renewals
  • Provide subject matter expertise while performing root cause analysis of issues within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience
Key Requirements
  • Strong comprehension, oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive mindset, excellent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Commitment to integrity and excellence with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to multi-task while working under pressure
