We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect
to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and scalability. This role focuses on delivering secure, maintainable applications, managing
Salesforce managed packages
, implementing
platform events
, and ensuring seamless integrations. Experience with
payments
and
AI (Agentforce)
will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
    .
  • Design and maintain backend systems ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain
    Salesforce Managed Packages
    (e.g., Mobile Publisher) across environments.
  • Define, publish, and subscribe to
    Salesforce Platform Events
    for event-driven integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Optimize
    Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and API integrations
    .
  • Work on
    payment-related solutions
    and support financial workflows.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and innovations, including
    AI/Agentforce
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance to ensure system stability.
  • Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Salesforce architecture, security, and deployment mechanisms
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Managed Packages and version upgrades
    .
  • Experience implementing and consuming
    Platform Events
    .
  • Knowledge of
    REST/SOAP API integrations
    .
  • Payments domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Exposure to
    AI/Agentforce
    is a plus.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or relevant Salesforce credentials.
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities with a commitment to best practices and continuous learning.
