Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our workforce. As an Entry-Level Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling metal parts using various fabrication techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications.
  • Select proper equipment and techniques based on project requirements.
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for fabrication by removing rust, scale, or other impurities.
  • Perform various types of fabrication including assembly, fitting, and joining.
  • Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification in Metal Fabrication Technology.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in fabrication or related field.
  • Proficient in various fabrication techniques including assembly, fitting, and joining.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.
