Job Title: Master Fabricator

Role Overview:

Our company seeks an exceptional Senior Engineer to spearhead plastic parts manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of plastics injection-molding fabrication processes, machinery development, and research-driven manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative solutions for injection-mold machinery improvement.
  2. Design engineered plastic parts, inject molded components, and assemblies with precision.
  3. Ensure quality output of molded components through meticulous analysis and process optimization.
  4. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal resources to drive business growth.
  5. Establish optimal molding environments and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  6. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Work closely with vendors and team members to achieve project goals.
  8. Prepare production planning for diverse plastic parts, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
  9. Analyze mold flow, part advisor analysis, finite element analysis, and stress/fatigue analysis on plastics to enhance product performance.

Requirements:

We require a Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Mechanical, Chemical, or Plastic Engineering, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience in plastic injection molding is highly advantageous.
