
Chief Procurement Officer

Our organization is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager, responsible for overseeing procurement operations and ensuring seamless supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise purchase requisitions and outsource services, communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of desired goods and services.
- Verify purchase orders and work orders according to quotations, inspecting receipts and processing rejections and discrepancies.
- Serve as a point of contact between suppliers, end users, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. They should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Working closely with the Supply Chain team, the Assistant Manager will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements across the organization.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
