Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to fill the position of Procurement Specialist. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required by our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations, negotiate contracts, and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
