At ICE Consulting, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to spearhead our growth in the IT Managed Services sector. The ideal candidate will excel at generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Engage in strategic outreach to generate leads and set appointments
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services
  • Support clients in comprehending our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through timely follow-ups
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate with clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales
  • Experience in IT services or consulting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts
