What You'll Do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our Account Executives.
- Engage decision-makers, qualify prospects, and understand their needs to set up impactful meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Manage and update CRM with prospect information, ensuring data accuracy and accountability.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volumes and appointment setting.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven outbound cold calling experience in sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a remote environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and cold calling tools.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time during EST hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
- Results-Oriented: Driven to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
