Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager - Deposit Banking to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, facilitating business opportunities, achieving deposit product targets, guiding teams, and ensuring effective sales management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation, containing service delivery costs, and ensuring team profitability through sustainable business growth and controlled expense management. They will also engage with high net worth individuals, large/mid-size corporate clients, asset management companies, mutual funds, insurance companies, and others to build deposit banking relationships.

Requirements for the role include a Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable institution and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferably as a Corporate or Retail Branch Manager with expertise in sales planning, management, and monitoring in a reputable commercial/microfinance bank.
