Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for a Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources. The Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the organization, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The individual will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy, as well as manage HR operations and ensure a positive working environment. Additionally, the role will involve supporting management and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management procedures.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations
  • Experience in Performance Management and HR Compliance
  • Strong skills in Strategic HR Planning and Implementation
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Benefits Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
