Senior Corporate Sales Professional

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Senior Corporate Sales Professional to lead our sales team in Karachi region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing/sales strategies to achieve regional corporate sales targets.
  2. Manage and motivate the Regional Sales Team to drive business growth.
  3. Implement sales/marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions in coordination with senior management.
  4. Provide regular feedback on market trends and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Establish strong relationships with corporate clients through effective communication and presentations.
  6. Display leadership skills to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
  7. Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  8. Assign sales targets and territories to team members based on individual strengths and weaknesses.
  9. Conduct capacity and resource planning on a regional level to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to drive business success.
