Job Title: Centre Manager

  • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate daily with senior leadership to plan work schedules and assess client needs;
  • Address customer concerns, feedback, and inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Ensure seamless execution of events;
  • Develop and manage financial plans and resources effectively;
  • Resolve issues related to student conduct and discuss them with parents as needed;
  • Manage the current admissions process for the center.

  • Lead by example in maintaining high service standards within the organization;
  • Contribute to the sales and marketing efforts of the conference center, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and brand development;
  • Research new business opportunities to enhance revenue growth;
  • Purchase necessary equipment for the education center's operations;
  • Provide day-to-day problem-solving and issue resolution support.

Key Requirements

  • Preferred degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or relevant field;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of current education trends and best practices;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team;
  • At least an MBA with experience managing computer professional institutes independently;
  • Day-to-day oversight of Career Counselor, SRO, and Marketing functions.
