
Customer Experience Improvement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a quality assurance executive, where you will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure consistent service standards aligned with industry benchmarks.
- Analyze evaluation data for actionable insights, driving informed decisions that improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training programs, streamline processes, and maintain high service standards.
- Identify process gaps, suggest enhancements, and contribute to efficient workflows and increased customer satisfaction.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents, empowering skill development for improved customer interactions.
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and standards during customer interactions, upholding service integrity.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or communications.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer services quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong intellectual and communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Database management and strategic management skills are also essential.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex data and make informed decisions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
