Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business performance analysis to uncover key insights supporting the MD in strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive the OKR process for the country—setting, cascading, and tracking progress to ensure strategic focus and accountability across functions.
  • Collaborate with Business and Functional Heads to review performance, gather core insights, and co-create solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Track and report on the execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Manage high-priority, sensitive matters for the MD office, ensuring discretion, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.
  • Lead data management for the local market and liaison with the regional business analytics team for effective data support and management of BI for the country.
  • Identify gaps in performance visibility for different functions and their respective analytics teams.
