Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to serve as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to the Senior Regional Director Asia. This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support, project management expertise, and strategic guidance to the senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work discreetly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the electronic diary and daily mail to ensure smooth office operations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements to ensure efficient and cost-effective visits by SRD staff
  • Handling phone calls and messages for SRD as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong diplomacy, initiative, planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and different environments
  • Flexibility, reliability, tact, and discretion
  • Meticulous and good attention to detail
  • Proven analytical and drafting skills
  • Project Management background
  • English speaking, writing, and listening competency at IELTS Band 6-7
