
Senior Strategic Growth Manager

This position will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic growth opportunities for the organization through the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and analysis, leading end-to-end M&A transactions, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions including assessment, business cases, valuation work, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, contractual arrangements, regulatory approvals, and related matters
- Coordinate and manage diverse stakeholders including local and group stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
- Closely liaise with finance, treasury, tax, legal, and external teams regarding projects
- Manage multiple projects and valuation work in parallel
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with new ventures and initiatives to ensure potential challenges are identified and addressed proactively
- Create compelling data-driven presentations to support decision-making at management, board, and steering committee levels
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role with at least 4-5 years of experience in a dedicated M&A lead capacity
- Proven expertise in assessing and closing M&A and JV deals and transactions
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth initiatives, ideally within the technology sector
- Well-versed with technology tools
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
