Job Title: Strategic HR Manager

About the Role:

  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflicts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain HR plans that support business goals.
  • Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire.
  • Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflicts.
  • Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with department heads to develop policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.
