About the Role:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflicts.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain HR plans that support business goals.
- Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire.
- Employee Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflicts.
- Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with department heads to develop policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.
