Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for guiding the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing initiatives, communicating the marketing plans to stakeholders, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the marketing team.
  • Evaluate and develop marketing strategies and plans.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Communicate marketing plans to stakeholders.
  • Research demand for products and services.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies that maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential customers.
  • Develop promotional materials with advertising teams.
  • Understand and manage budgets, including expenditures, research appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
  • Compile lists describing our offerings.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
  • Enhance brand awareness and positioning.
  • Support sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing and managing marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Professional work ethic and high competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing formats, including social media and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
