Expert Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant Needed

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant to join our team of experts. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in the finance and accounting modules.

As a successful candidate, you will possess extensive experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, with a strong focus on core finance and accounting processes. You will have a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to design and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Analyze and understand client requirements to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Develop solution designs based on business requirements that outline features, functionality, and integration points of the proposed solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the proposed solution meets the client's expectations.
  • Ensure quality assurance by thoroughly testing the configured solution to meet quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including bug fixes, maintenance, and updates to the solution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
  • At least two successful implementations of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O).
  • 10+ years of experience in core finance and accounting modules – Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, General ledger, Fixed assets, Cash & bank management, Budgeting, Expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Preferred to have a CPA training or certification.
  • Conduct FIT/GAP process and ability to write complete functional design specifications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a larger team throughout an enterprise transformation.
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
  • Willingness and ability to work global delivery teams across time zones.
