As a key member of the Descon Engineering Ltd. team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of our infrastructure/Civil projects.

You will be responsible for preparing, developing and administering contracts to meet our project goals.

Negotiation of contract exceptions and commercial terms & conditions is also an essential part of this role.

You will evaluate potential risks, opportunities and initiate necessary actions to ensure project success.

Additionally, you will prepare and settle claims as needed.

Pre-qualification and selection of sub-contractors is also a critical task in this position.

Job Specification

A strong background in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, with 5-7 years of experience preferred.

Candidates should also have a working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts applicable to civil engineering/EPC contracts.

This role is based in the Information Technology and Services sector in Lahore, Pakistan.
