Job Title: HR Generalist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. They must be able to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can maintain a calm demeanor, demonstrate great communication skills, and possess the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting the organization's values, providing general HR advice, and supporting line managers to attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, screen CVs, conducting interviews as required, and collaborating with management to create essential HR documents, including job descriptions, offer letters, contracts, and more.

In addition, they will update and maintain the HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance, ensure proper accounting classification of expenses and income, closely monitor and manage adjusting entries, such as pre-paid rent, on a monthly basis, and work closely with the Payroll Company to process weekly/monthly payroll efficiently.

They will also address all disciplinary, grievance, and absence management issues promptly and fairly, maintain up-to-date company policies and procedures, aligning them with industry standards, oversee and administer all HR policies, coordinating and communicating them effectively to staff.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can maintain a calm demeanor, demonstrate great communication skills, and possess the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience; sound HR background with excellent knowledge.
  • Proven experience in managing full-range duties across the HR function, including recruitment.
  • Confident in handling employee relations, adaptable, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, delivering high-quality HR services to the business.
  • Attention to detail, effective time management, and proactive approach to complex solutions.
