Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective plans for civil engineering projects.
  • Lead a team of civil engineers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide strategic leadership in civil engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and supervise a team of civil engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success and professional development of the team.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance measures for civil designs, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate civil infrastructure related to natural gas transmission to ensure it meets environmental, safety, and sustainability requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and relevant departments to optimize resource allocation for civil engineering projects.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure reliable and cost-effective civil works.
  • Contribute to the execution of civil works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that civil engineering components meet relevant standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and identify risks under their management/ownership.
  • Develop and implement risk response strategies for the risks under their management.
  • Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate risk reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
