Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced customer support and resolution, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely solutions.
  • They will also work closely with developers to debug and resolve technical roadblocks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on fixes and enhancements.

Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for helping people through technology. They should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL/MySQL) and Windows Server environments
  • Experience in Tier 2/3 technical support or production support role, preferably with exposure to software development environments
