Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tier 3 support specialist, you will be responsible for handling complex client issues, collaborating with developers, and providing clear communication to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Customer Support & Resolution: Escalate complex client issues, troubleshoot server failures, application errors, database issues, and system performance challenges.
  • Production & Technical Troubleshooting: Handle production-level problems, including application crashes, network/server connectivity issues, database query errors, and troubleshooting installs, upgrades, and activations.
  • Developer-Level Problem Solving: Use technical background to support debugging, log analysis, and performance tuning, and collaborate with developers when code-level fixes are required.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Development, QA, Operations, and other business units to align on fixes, enhancements, and product stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases, Windows Server environments, server/client application installations, and debugging and basic scripting/development.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to explain highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in a Tier 2/3 technical support or production support role, ideally with exposure to software development environments.
