National Helpline Manager

Summary: Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the implementation of national helpline tasks, analyze program effectiveness, and introduce new approaches as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and follow up on task implementation.
  • Analyze and evaluate program progress to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Develop and implement new methods and practices in program implementation with consultation from M&E/HR Officer.
  • Identify areas for improvement and action from project documents.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff members to facilitate smooth project activities with M&E/HR Officer support.
  • Prepare quarterly progress reports summarizing key activities and outputs.
  • Establish annual work plans detailing specific activities for each quarter.
  • Ensure all targets are met.
  • Facilitate project-monitoring visits with M&E/HR Officer consultation.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in development and social sector or NGO management.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead by example, sensitized towards children and women issues.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
