We're Hiring – National Sales Manager (Neuro, Spine & Surgical Medical Equipments)

We are looking for an experienced
National Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations across Pakistan. The role involves supervising the sales team, driving business growth, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets (monthly, quarterly & yearly)

Lead, train & develop the sales team

Build strong client relationships with hospitals & surgical stakeholders

Provide clinical & product support to doctors, nurses & technicians

Develop business strategies, manage accounts & drive market growth

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (Business, Biomedical Engineering, Pharm-D). Master's preferred

10+ years' experience in healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a similar role

Exposure to hospital & surgical/OR environments is a plus

Strong MS Office & presentation skills

Willingness to travel nationally

Job Type: Full-Time Onsite

Job location: PECHS, Block 6
